I'm Serafima P., the breeder located in Philmont, NY. An AKC Breeder of Merit, experience breeding dogs since 1974, originally Black Russian Terriers, now Russian Tsvetnaya Bolonkas. I breed for health and longevity above all else and within standards. I health test extensively and strive to produce the very best dogs possible.
